My "Certified" Pre Owned iPhone XR restarts when I use the camera to take a movie.It does this at random.
ScreamingCockatoo, we always want your phones to be working properly. How long has this issue been going on? Does it only happen with videos or pictures too? Have you noticed the phone restart using any other apps?

Hi, I'm finally got Verizon to authorize sending me a replacement.But it only restarts when using the camera.There is no way this unit was inspected for functionality before releasing it.Now I'm being CHARGED $35 to replace YOUR defective garbage.
We appreciate the update ScreamingCockatoo. It is concerning to learn that you are having issues with the new one. To confirm, the phone is rebooting itself only when you are trying to use the camera? Is it simply when you open the camera app or when trying to take a picture?
