What I did was play it on speaker and hit the sound recorder on my phone. Also if you have one of those little micro cassette recorders can use that.
You can also save the Voicemail to your device by archiving it if you have Visual Voicemail. To do this open up the Visual Voicemail app. Select and hold the message you would like to save, then the archive option should appear.
