Been having continual problems with your company's protocols and way of doing business. I am a professional, a senior who treats people with respect. Things have changed drastically the last few years with your company and the customer is paying a huge price for poor quality customer service and low quality loyalty treatment. I was lectured to earlier by a rep and finally had to hang up as my blood pressure began to rise this early Saturday morning when I was being treated without respect. Please have a Regional or District Manager call me. I think after twenty one years with your company, I've earned and merited this. If 'just' a rep calls me, with all due respect, I will hang up.
