How long will it take to get my jetpack back ? I am to ship back due to bad battery. Without jetpack I will have no internet.
We know having your jetpack working can be essential for daily online usage, deadhook. If the device is being sent in for repair under the warranty, we'll have it returned in working order as quickly as possible. Replacing the battery and repair should be complete within the day we receive it.
