Over the past week all of my calls have been dropping. Ive been to apple twice and they said the phone was fine. Ive been on the phone/online chat with Verizon for at least 2 hours everyday. They have provided no service. They finally sent me a new phone that is having the same issues. I live in a large city- clearly it is a network issue. This is the worst service ive ever received. All they have offered is a 20 dollar credit. Its unacceptable (and my phone is still not working). All the Verizon technicians can recommend I do is turn it off and on. There is absolutely no knowledge or interest in helping their customers.
Verizon... what is happening to the network? If you cannot provide the basic services you promise to provide- a refund is demanded. A 20 dollar credit is appalling (as well as signing me up for a verizon cloud that I was not told I had to pay extra for). I contact you to fix your connecticvity issues for a week, and all you do is upsell my account to increase my bill. If this is not fixed immediately you have lost a 13 year customer.
Is anyone else having this issue? Again; the worst customer service ive ever received.
