Droid X with Firmware V2.
I bought the phone with subscription 2 months ago but within the first month the automatic backup assistant does not worked any longer.
I recieve an error message that reads "Subscription cannot be confirmed at this time. Please contact Verizon customer support for assistance *661".
I have tried calling for help but they stated that they cannot figure out what the problem is. I have also tried syncing the phone online and that does not work either.
