Rebate misinformation

Recently bought an Ipad Pro 12.9" directly from Apple. There is a promotion for $200 dollars in e-gift card from Verizon if activated on a new line. I have attempted to contact Verizon multiple times regarding the issue, was eventually given a rebate code which was "invalid" due to purchase not from participating location. Contacted verizon again who gave me the run around again and a new number to call which will not connect. Just curious if anyone else is having the same problems.

It's up to YOU to do research before purchasing a product. If Kroger had a sale on Pepsi, but you bought the Pepsi from Walmart, it's not on Walmart to give you Kroger's price.

Sounds like you want Verizon to "honor" a promo for a product you didn't purchase through them. They are not obligated to give you anything for buying through Apple if the promo was Verizon only.

Calm down buddy, I was in the right here. Literally has the promotion on www.apple.com that says verizon will send a $200 gift card. Also with multiple threads about Verizon's non-existent instructions on how to claim. I did read the promotion details and they had instructions that did not work. I followed instructions to a T. You might want to look it up before you make claims that other's didn't read.

Also in the event you didn't want to read, below is the deal that is still on the website. There is no promotional application to complete and multiple calls to CSR has resulted in a big nada.
