How do I get Verizon to unlock my iPhone? It's paid for and I'm not under any type of plan. The phone is a replacement I received last year through Asurion, and that seems to be one reason they give me for not unlocking the device. I've been trying for five days to get the phone unlocked! I finally talked with CSR Amanda who sent a ticket to IT (Tier 2), and two days later I receive an email that they denied my request! I'm now 40 minutes into a phone call with a "supervisor". This is insane. No wonder I'm switching to Xfinity.
