I periodically lose my cell signal on my personal phone (even when I'm just sitting at home), but not my work phone, even though both are on Verizon. Also, when I lose the signal, my husband has his and we're on the same account. I have to shut my phone down and start it back up, then the signal re-appears. It's frustrating because I don't know it's happening, and people have tried multiple times to reach me but my phone goes straight to voicemail every time.
