I have seen this question many times but have never found an answer. Help!
Sometimes - but not always - when I send a text from my iPhone to my sister's android (she's had several brands), she receives it as an email from Verizon and she cannot open it. It usually occurs with an attachment (sending a photo, a contact, or link). Is there some setting one or both of us need to change?
