I do all those suggestions several times a day. It doesnt work. I have to go to my familys houses or to work to get a signal. But when i first moved to my current address i had 3 bars. This was a year ago. It has steadily gotten worse.
We appreciate you completing these steps. We do hope to have a software release from Apple for this device, but due to the age of the phone, it could take some time. Different phones can have different signal bars and there are other factors that can affect the signal as well. We do recommend HD calling and Wi-Fi to help. You also do have the option to upgrade to a new device.
