Verizon Samsung 4G LTE Network Extender 2 DOWN

Hello,

My Extender 2 stopped working this morning.

It stops at step 8e

It has been working fine for years.

Spent over 2 hours on phone and chat. Chat is broken and Phone is useless. Every time they transfer me to a qualified technician, the phone hangs up!

Here is the message: Failed to reach the Serving Gateway - 141.207.231.235_timeout,
Please contact Verizon Wireless Customer Care for further assistance.

Any ideas out there?

I can imagine this is frustrating, I know how much you must depend on your network extender. We want you to be able to, we want to keep you connected at all times. I am also sorry to hear of your experience getting assistance. We will lift this feedback up, I know that we are busier than usual. You are likely being bitten by this problem which is biting *all* of us... It's a major issue that needs to be fixed.
