Went to Verizon store and took advantage of a $700 bill credit promo. My family has 4 iphones all qualified for this credit.
Sent all 4 of them in the same box given to us by the store manager.
Two received bill credits and two lines did not.
Going on the third month trying to get this corrected. CSR's credit the bill only to have it change the month after with a bill back.
Either return the two phones you have in your possession (they have a value and you can't just keep them) or put the credits back on those two lines.
If this isn't corrected this will be considered a "taking" or theft of services and you will be reported to the attorney general of the the State of New York.
