Sound is so low on incoming and outgoing calls I have to put it on speakerphone to hear. Any suggestions?

We are here to help, and we know how important it is to be able to enjoy all the features of your phone. When did you begin having trouble with the sound on your phone? Do you have anything over the speaker, such as a case or screen protector? Please try removing any accessories, and test again to see if the sound has improved.
