Vernon Township, NJ poor Verizon coverage HELP fix the coverage

Hello: For the past 12 months the Verizon coverage has been decreasing all over Vernon Township. At this point I can't get coverage in parts of my home. This is an on going issue for the entire community. How do we get Verizon to come and fix or add towers to our area? I have contacted Verizon, I have followed all the instructions they have given me. It has not improved the coverage. I can't drive anywhere in Vernon, NJ without my calls dropping. This has to get fixed.

Good morning, bonniewh4. I know how important it is to get the best service at all times. I'm so sorry to learn the service has been decreasing. We do recommend WiFi and WiFi Calling as an indoor solution when/where available. However, you mentioned that it is also happening outside your home. Do you know if a Ticket has been submitted? If it has, did you get a response from it?
