What make/model device are you having issues with?
We would be happy to assist you with your Network Extender. The Server Error 5A is: 'The LTE Network Extender has failed to get certificate from the CMP server, please check the LAN/firewall settings, or contact your network administrator. If the issue persists, please call Customer Service (800-922-0204).' Have you been able to check with your internet service provider to make sure that your LAN/firewall settings are open?
