Will I lose my trade in promotion if I move a phone from my main account to a sub account? I have account xxxx92-00003 and xxxx92-00004. Account 92-00003 currently has 10 lines on it and I'd like to move some of them to 92-00004; however, I fear I will lose the 24 month trade-in promotional credit if I do. I have been told both that I will and that I won't, because it's still the same parent account.
Can someone please give me a definitive answer on this?
