One 13 pro preorder shipped, other "Delivery date will be updated soon"

So I preordered one 13 pro for myself and then another for my wife a couple hours afterwards. Both were showing a launch day delivery when I ordered them.

Does anyone else who pre-ordered showing a launch day delivery's order still say "Delivery date will be updated soon"? Really hoping to get both on launch, but the fact it hasnt shipped yet has me suspicious!

We are processing orders as fast as we can. They should all be updated with shipping dates by the end of today if they will be delivered tomorrow. Otherwise, the correct shipping date will appear depending on the availability of the color, model, and size.

I have had the same issue though I just pre ordered 1 on 9/17. All I see is "deliver date will be updated soon"

Having the same issue. I ordered on 9/17 and my order status still says “delivery date will be updated soon.”

I have the same issue. Every. Single. Year. This happens. I am seriously thinking of switching to AT&T. My parents, brother, and sister all pre ordered theirs on AT&T and they all got their phones already. My brother n sister in law got theirs on Friday from apple store. Verizon always says that they’re busy working on getting orders out. But I have yet to receive my pre-order iPhones on the first launch day like Verizon says they will deliver. Why do we pay all this money for cruddy service and lies? I even tried to contact customer service. That’s a joke because I was literally transferred to 8 different agents and not one of them could tell me when my phone will be shipped. I ordered my iPhone promptly on launch day, first thing in the morning.

Yeah the dates seem vague. I ordered on 9/19 and it initially said Delivery By 10/1, but a few days later switched to Shipment By 10/1. What does Shipment By mean for delivery times?

That happened to me with the iPhone12. Waited a week & then when I got a message that iPhone delivered to store, went it to pick it up but employees at store would not give it to me because only "manager" could open the shipment & "manager" wasn't working that day so had to wait another day.

Good morning. I am sure you would like to see where your phone is. I know everyone wants to get their hands on it including myself. If you are getting a shipment by 10/1 then that means it will ship by 10/1. I do hope this helps. -Amber

Same here. I'm guessing will not get my phone until after the "delivery date" that Verizon provided.

Mine now says shipping today via 2 day UPS but I am supposed to sell my phone Saturday. Any way to pay to upgrade to overnight? My delivery date was supposed to be 10/1 according to everything Verizon sent me and confirmed.

I order 13 pro max blue 256gb for me, and 13 pro blue 256 for my wife. My order is placed on 9/19, my wife's order is placed on 9/20. Today, my wife's order has a tracking number state will delivery tmr. Mine is still in the process and states Delivery date will be updated soon. It seem like verizon doesn't have enough pro max in stock.

My delivery date was October 1st for 2 iPhone pro max. It’s now been changed. Why are you moving the date when I preordered on September 20th? What’s the issue? If it’s preorder obviously you guys know how many you need. How did you not get enough. And then you want our old phones within 30 days of ordering… cutting it kind of close and that’s if we get on the new day given. When I talked to someone on 9/30 they said if it says October 1st it will ship that day.

I preordered mine on the same day (09/21), and it's now 10/3, and not updated information yet. What's the point of pre-ordering it when you do not get it delivered before it is released.

i head south in 7 days and not sure I’ll receive these by then. Frustrating

Same thing happened to me. Expected delivery date was 10/8. However I didn’t see any updates on my order. Reached out to chat which is a joke. Was told they would check on my order. 10 mins after that I got a emails saying my “iPhone has been delayed due to Verizon running out of phones new ship date 10/15”. I’m not upset about waiting, but the lack of communication from Verizon is very disappointing. I expected better from Verizon.

I have seen orders the same as mine same date same phone color and gb ordered the day after mine have gotten shipping notifications . Is it certain areas come first? Mine shows ship on Oct 15 . Not upset but it's odd how certain areas get phone faster regardless of order date .

Why has my Business order shipped ground . Verizon is the worst. The repr even told me it shipped 2nd day air . But ups says the shipper choose ground. I thought all business accounts phone shipped 2nd day . Very disappointed. I have been with Verizon 23 years and have 10 lines .
