How can I get this device added to my Verizon plan? Just spent an hour and was told that I would need to drive my RV to a Verizon store, so that they could see it.

There are other threads indicating the device IS compatible, e.g. Verizon Data Plan and Winegard Connect 2.0 - Verizon Community
