iPhone 13 pro order status terms not accepted

I ordered 2 iPhones over the phone directly with Verizon two nights ago.
I accepted all the terms and conditions

I checked the status on my order info and it states on hold until terms and conditions are accepted.

I click the link and enter the order info and it says all terms have been accepted.

Is this ok? Or is my order messed up?

nothing has gone right with any of this order and plan change, I have the plan fixed, but trade in vale’s are not properly stated and a rep said don’t worry it will all fall in place when you receive the phones.

but now I see this and wonder if they will even ship ??
please any advise??

I had this same issue. After 2 days of multiple agents trying to figure it out. I contacted Verizon through FB Messenger. It took canceling and reordering but it got done. Hope this helps.

I was assured by 3 Verizon reps that this is normal, on their system it shows everything is perfect, just waiting for my pre orders to stock and to ship.
I have received the return/trade in boxes.

I hope they are right, we’ll see next week if they ship or cancel.

Just letting others know, so far one of my pre orders shipped today !!
nice so it seems the reps are correct and not to worry about the terms and service that I did sign but web site says I have not.
