I had the most positive experience on 9-22-21 with CSR DJ (Dennis) and I wanted to send him a shout out! I don't think this is the correct place to do that, but I could not find the right place. He genuinely cared about my issue and was not going to hang up until we solved the problem. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and made me feel like a very valued customer. We had a great time on the lengthy call that went way past his closing time, but he did not care. He only cared about solving my issue and making me happy. I want to thank him again and make sure everyone at Verizon knows what an incredible employee they have in DJ!
