This is a complaint. Starting yesterday Local Verizon Stores received an onslaught of calls complaining that some iPhones stopped working with the message “NO SIGNAL” . We did all the know ways to reset our phones and check settings to no avail.
Today the phone is working. The 3rd party store advised “work was being done on a tower here in the VT/NH area. Shame on Verizon for NOT posting a notice of maintenance and possible outage.
I came within 1 hr this morning to switching to AT&T !!!
