Hello, I switched to Verizon a few days ago. I pre-ordered 4 Iphone 13's, & I was told by my salesman Mo that I would get $800 for my trade ins. My phones came in & I turned them on on 9/25. I have not received any material or info on my trade ins. I called & emailed my salesman numerous times & he hasn't returned any of my calls or emails. I sent Verizon a message through Messenger & Twitter. They both gave me a link that only gives me $100 to $200 per phone. Verizon has been a horrible experience thus far. Anyone have an input that they can give me? Thank you.
