In June of 2021 there was a trade in your XR and get a 700 credit each. I did that for two existing lines. In July of 2021, did the same promo for trade in and 700 credit to switch a new line to my account.
$2,100 credits expected and we sent in 3 phones. Now they are saying they applied a BOGO so we only get one 800 credit. Anyone else have this issue? This is a severe miscommunication and overbill.
