Service issues where there were none prior.
We live in the middle of Austin TX and rarely travel outside of our “bubble” the last 20 months.
We’ve noticed intermittent service issues for the last few weeks, both at our home and around the city. In particular, the phone and data are unusable during UT football and AustinFC soccer games. I know service in heavy traffic areas was an issue in the past, but hasn’t 4G, LTE, and 5G technology solved that dilemma?
