Just wondering how many people ordered after the 27th and I have already received their phone and how many shoulder ship date of the 8th and got delayed
I ordered 13pro max/265gb/blue on 9/19, still no updated nothing received from verizon. The shipment date keep delay day by day. Everyday, I contact verizon Rep, every Rep keep lied to me, said I promise you the phone would ship today balala, but nothing happen. Their reputation is broken.

I know how much I anticipate getting a new phone, and I'm sure it's the same for you. I'm sure you'll love your new phone once it arrives. When I review the shipping dates, I'm showing that currently, the iPhone 13 Pro Max/blue/256GB is scheduled to ship by 10/29/21.

Mine was ordered 9/27 and I have yet to get the phone. I thought something was wrong on my end so I went in the store and they told me all is good. If I ask on chat they say my payment didn't go through. No idea what is happening.

Verizon customer service is real bad. Keep lie to me two months. Told me my order is all good. I have two friends who have already got the same model same gb new phone already. It must something wrong with my order. But they just dont want to take care of customer, and told you everything is good.
Hello @Kyle35 I think I saw your message in another thread. One representative (through the chat service) stated that my estimated delivery date would be 12/12/21. I was available all day to sign for the deliver and nothing. Two days later here on the 14th of December, still trying to be patient during this process. I'm still concerned about "damage" being reported on the phone on 12/05/21. Why would anyone approved the delivery of a broken phone? Hopefully the communication can improve in this part of the service.

I ordered two iPhone 13 pros on November 26 2021 for $450 off at Verizon because Apple did not have any promotions. They then sent me an email two days later offering $650 off thru Verizon, but I had to cancel my first order. So my shipment date went from December 17 to December 29. I called three representatives and all three of them told me my phone will ship out on December 29 by 8 PM. I get an email saying my shipment was delayed because they ran out of stock and couldn’t fulfill my order even though I ordered on December 1. So now I have to wait until January 5, 2022 before they ship my phones out. Three representatives have the audacity to lie to my face. So I call back a third time and tell the representative what’s going on and where is my order. He tells me it was shipped out today as of 8 PM and I said no I just received an email telling me that they ran out of stock. So he said let me check your account. He pulls it up, lo and behold…. sir I am sorry your phone won’t be shipped out until January 5, 2022. I said I’ve been a customer for over 20 years what can you do to make it worth my while since my phones aren’t going to be shipped out until a week later than what you originally promised me a month ago. Can I go into a local store and pick them up in person. Yes sir but I will have to cancel your order and see if we can find a store that might have them in stock. The best he can come up with was giving me $10 off my account. That goes to show that they really care especially for the long-term clientele!!! If I went into an Apple store and they would have had the same promotion I guarantee you I could’ve walked out with my phones that day!!!

I just want to know why Verizon would tell a customer that they’ll get their phones shipped by a certain date and not think that even if they had a small doubt that they may not have enough products in stock or the manufacturer couldn’t keep up the production with the sales of that product then just be honest and tell the customer that it might be shipped out as early as the promised shipping date but not guaranteed???
How can I get my phones faster than what I’ve been recently told because I don’t want to feel that someone could’ve place their order after me and got their phones before me?

Mine was delayed a couple week but got it back in December- when you get it, check “about” and then parts & service history to make sure it’s not refurbished- mine was supposed to be new but I think I got a refurbished one
