Change Trade-In IMEI

I submitted for a promotional Trade-In with my iPhone 12 mini white 128GB that gets me $700 promotional trade-in. The back was cracked & apple had to replace it, that changed only the IMEI. How can I update the IMEI for my trade-in before I send it? I don't want to lose any promotional value.

I've tried calling in, but keep getting hung up or agents not able to fix it. They just refer me to a new person.
