This is on my iPhone 11 and son's 12. This is the 4th time service has gone down in the middle of the day. Can't contact service again, I Know it is not our phones. Verizon isn't even registering on my phone again. Like it does not exist..... Been with Verizon for nearly 10 years. Do not want to switch. Who do I call/email/chat with to make this known without going through all the tech stuff again?
