Do not do the trade in with Verizon, the trade in department is horrible. It’s technically a lie. I trade in my phone during promotion for 600 something, and then they only give me 150. This is ridiculous. I could have kept my phone. Now they have my case hanging and every time I chatted with the agent, they call came up with new story….this is definitely not worth it guys . I learned my lesson
