This shortcoming creates a huge hidden cost once you move carriers. You are told your kids will pay a significant discount, you move, then find out you have to get them full fare because the 20 contact HIDDEN limit makes the plan completely useless. I wish it was absurd, but no, this is just unethical, and a huge waste of time. Since the phones came in completely different timeframes, I can't even return them and leave the carrier. I have no cost effective choice but to stay with Verizon, but I'm going to remember this.
