I am trying to find out my date usage for the past 9 months, since I joined Verizon, and I can only see the last 3 months. How to I see further back? BTW, I am wanting to know because I have had no response from the last question I asked or calls or on line, so I want to change providers. Note, my user name.

Frustratedconsumer1, thanks for reaching out to us about this via this platform. You can actually up to 18-months back of your bills via My Verizon. When in the view bill section you can change the dates of the bills to see further back. Did this information help?-Dia
