I canceled a purchase for a trade in but it won’t let me cancel the trade in itself. I paid $135.00 to purchase a new phone but canceled it. It’s showing that the purchase is canceled but not the trade in. And I haven’t received a refund.
Hello! We are here to help in any way we can. The trade does not need to be cancelled for you to receive a refund for your phone order. Usually, you get the refund 5-7 days after the order is cancelled. This depends on your bank institution. The trade will automatically cancel after 30 days if it is not sent to us.
