85 minutes holding with a disconnect another day.
Today. This interaction has been going on since 10:32 AM.
Verizon clearly is un-able to explain it’s own bills.
I do not have any more time today to give Verizon.
Verizon is unable to tell me why they are without notification and explanation changing my rates month-to-month.
I will not be able to pay a bill that the generating business has no explanation for and cannot explain.
My last three interaction with Verizon simply hanging up with me and or ignoring my chat message.
