When I try to connect to the internet with my MiFi Modem U820L, at least 25% of the time I get message "MiFi Modem U820L is not responding". Sometimes removing the modem, waiting about 1 minute then reinserting it will allow me to connect. Other times I have to power off/on the system.
I have tried inserting the modem in different USB ports, but still have the problem.
I did an online chat with Verizon support, but they could not find any problems.
Does this sound like a problem with the Modem, or is it with my system?
This is desktop computer with Windows 10.
