Two years ago I purchased an iPhone 11max pro under the promotion but I’ve get one; I then ordered the second for my son. When the first bill came customer service assured me that the promo would kick in after a few months. Here two years later our phones are paid off I realized that the promo never kicked in and I paid for both phones. Did anyone else have this problem? I’m in law school and believe this is actionable under the UCC and state laws as well. I’d like Verizon to fix this situation not only for me but for anyone else who was dipped by this promotion. #bogo # buyonegetone @Customerservice
