4 bars but no internet access

My Verizon iPhone 12 mini shows 4 bars of service but I get no internet service almost every day. If I turn on wifi I get service. I can only use the wifi at home and so I am limited to using the internet. Why can't I get to the internet on cell data?

et290, cellular data is certainly important. Has this always been this way? How are calls and messages?

I have 3-4 bars but still get “no internet service” messages. This has been going on for about 4 months or more. I’ve done all the suggested fixes. Still have the issue.
