Had a horrible experience with Verzion and I am leaving. Before I do, I just wanted to write up my whole experience with them so that others would not fall into the same issues that would take thousands of hours.
I bought two iPhone 13 pro max in September 2021 when they offered a $1000 each line credit over 30 months. I first phone arrived, but my second phone never arrived. Kept calling customer support, but was told my phone is on the way so call me back in a week for three times. Eventually, I asked what the problem is, the agent at that time told me my phone was back ordered. He all of the sudden canceled my order and asked me to order again so I can get the phone early without my permission/confirmation over the chat and in fact, I was not aware that my order was canceled till I call my next agent. The rest as you can image was a nightmare. Called again and again spending hours and hours asking how I can get my $1000 promotion, 3 agents told me the promotion was properly applied and I need to wait till the end of the months, This wasted me 3 months from Jan-Mar. Called back at the end of March and was told things have been dragging too long and cannot do anything any more. Got so disappointed and asked what at best you can do, and they gave me $300 credit which I still did not get the confirmation text so this may also be a lie. Either way, I am leaving Verizon and never want to associate myself with them in my entire life. I take this as a normal American traditional company customer service, but won't survive if they keep treating customers this way and believe they still get customers.
