Having a problem with connecting a Dell laptop running Windows 10 to my ASK-NCQ1338 LTE Internet Gateway. The laptop will sometimes connect via WiFi and then suddenly disconnect and cause my laptop to crash. Most of the time the laptop will not connect via WiFi at all. The same laptop has no problem connecting to the internet via my cell phone's hotspot. I have two other laptops, one running Windows 7 and the other running Windows 10, and they both have no problem connecting. What gives?
