Is anyone in Minneapolis / St Paul having difficulty receiving calls from land lines and other wireless carriers. People are telling me my line rings busy. It was fine on Friday 04/29 but calls are down since Saturday 05/01. My family and extended family have not made any changes to our phones but all of a sudden calls are down. Did Verizon roll out anything that would account for this problem?
