Can’t use calling features on carplay

Has anyone had an issue with using the 13 max pro and CarPlay? When I use my phone with CarPlay I can’t make phone calls on my CarPlay dash. I get a prompt on my phone that says “last line no longer available” I click call but it is on my phone…. Which kind of tosses out the whole hands free thing.

Hi, Hope012! The iPhone 13 is a great phone and I'm happy to see you use it with CarPlay. We are eager to assist and I'm confident that we may resolve this issue. For testing purposes, do the issues you describe only happen with the iPhone 13 Max Pro? Does this also happen with other phones on your account?
