I have spent hours and days trying to enroll in Apple Music! The promo of 6 months free is a part of my 5G unlimited plan. I've tried app, browser, uninstall/reinstall, talked to Apple support, chatted with numerous Verizon agents and still haven't been able to get this resolved.
When I try to enroll, I keep getting "We encountered an error while processing your request" on browser or "We can't complete your request right now" on Verizon app. Can someone from Verizon please help to address this? This is extremely frustrating!
