On my monthly bill from Verizon I am being charged $9.99 for something called MoblleBilling Firstscreen Products. I do not know what it is for but how do I get it off my bill ?
I'm having the same exact issue and cannot find out how to cancel/stop this charge.
Hello rtupen,
I would be concerned too if I had an unexpected charge on my bill. What is the name of the exact charge you are seeing? Is it showing for your line or another line on the account?

It took 8 of you including multiple supervisors just to figure out what my bill should have been if you made the plan change on the first day of the bill cycle as requested and promised. Hopefully you can you do it a bit better here, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

I had the same problem. The charge somehow was incurred to my Verizon account when I used the QR Code Reader app to try to download a Busch Gardens Williamsburg park guide to my cell phone. I did not agree to the purchase. I was able to talk with a helpful customer service representative at Verizon who cancelled the charge and issued a refund - a good thing, because it apparently is a monthly subscription charge.
It's important to know all the details concerning the charges on your bill, and I'm here to help! Tell me, do you have the Firstscreen app downloaded on your phone? Did you receive any communication from Firstscreen, or did you reach out to them? Please share some additional details, thanks very much!

Unauthorized Charge for Firstscreen Products:
I too was downloading a QR code from a TV offer for sneakers. This also happened to me two weeks ago, when I was downloading a menu from a Restaurant, and I had to REPLACE MY CREDIT CARD. This may be your only action as credit card company would not remove charges.
There was a message afterwards that said that I could block these types of purchases if I went to Verizon.com/m/block, but I was worried this was an even bigger hack of my finances.
I then went to use my computer rather than my phone and all I get is a 401 "page does not exist message".
Chatting with Verizon is useless.
having same problem cant rid of it.
I just called First Screen; 1 855 707 1899
this will remove your number from the subscription ; just did it and heard "you are unsubscribed"; lets seee.
call First Screen at 1 855 707 1899
this will remove it.

Same issue here. Called in about it and was told "I assure you that you are not being charged anything on your bill for $9.99" yet here it is again this month. No one seems be able to figure this out and get it off my bill for me!
Thank you for reaching out to us. Getting a higher than expected bill would concern me too. We would be happy to review the account with you to figure out where the charges are coming from. Please be on the lookout for a Private Messge from us to further assist. ~Roger
