Should I try a booster?

I am trying out the home internet service with the 5G router. We do not have 5G yet, but it was supposed to be fast anyway. And it was, until we started using it for multiple devices by multiple people at once. Our Comcast internet handled all of that with no problem, but we would like to change if it works. Our cell service is not always great, which we told them in the store. They said this would be different. It is very slow at times. When I went through all the troubleshooting steps on the website, I finally got this message: "We know that the indoor coverage at this location is not good." That would have been nice to know at the beginning! Anyway, before I give up, should I try a signal boost? If it boosts the cell signal, would that also mean better wifi speed since it's running on the cell network? Thanks for any help you can give me!

The 5G Home Internet product would not have its signal boosted from out Network Extender found at https://www.verizon.com/products/verizon-lte-network-extender/ and a WiFi Booster would not affect the signal and speeds coming in from the tower but would help the strength of the WiFi for multiple users.
