I recently got up early to go shopping, but to my surprise, I didn't have the internet on my phone today. So I couldn't view any store maps while trying to shop. This has been the second time I have had the problem. Does Verizon forget about the customers that don't have 5G?
So I called 611 on my Verizon phone, and the automated system replied but I couldn't reply to the system by using my keyboard. I had to call 4 times before I was able to get the assistance needed to get my phone working. Oh, so Verizon will know the link sent as a message doesn't work if you are having mobile phone internet issues.
