I ordered a Iphone 13 Pro online, for shipping. I meant to click pick-up that day. So I canceled the order less then 15 minutes after ordering it. According to Verizon support, it had already been shipped. I was told that the order would not be canceled till it got back to where it came from.
It has been about over a week, and I have read forums with people having the same problem. They are also saying they have waited over a month for it to cancel. I have been to a few stores and talked to over 10 Verizon customer service people, and have been told completely different things every time. At this point I do not know what to do and I am getting frustrated. I would also like to mention that we have been with Verizon for I believe a decade.
