New Construction Address

How long does it normally take for new construction addresses to get updated in Verizon's system? We've had a confirmed address through the postal service for over a month and we still cannot get our address to show up as our service address. This is preventing us from getting home internet.

We're trying to see if we can get 5G home wireless or 4G LTE home wireless at our new address, but after speaking with multiple representatives no one can seem to get our address to go through on the system to verify if we'd be eligible for service.

We've been told we have to wait for Verizon's system to update with our new address, but no one can tell us how long it'll take.

We've tried to enter the address online multiple times and we've had representatives try to add the address.

Is it just not recognizing your address? If it doesn't come back as eligible when entering it online then it wouldn't be eligible.
