Amazing Verizon Wireless, your device broke when I changed Data Plans.
Switch to the 5 GB prepaid at $40/mo , then the Jetpak refused to transfer data.
Talked to Verizon Tech Support. They say I need a new updated SIM card.
OK....... how did that happen ? ? ?
Force me to visit a Verizon Store (80 miles away) or wait for the new SIM card in the mail while I have no access to my Data Plan. Hope this new SIM card functions.
