Been happening about three weeks.
Yes, home phone connect. Been going on for about three weeks. Upgrade from 3g, this is not much better.
Have you tried to reset the device?

Yes, unplugged, removed battery, waited 2 minutes, did not help. Device only couple months old.

Disconnected power, removed battery, waited 2 minutes, reconnected everything.
Unplugged device, removed battery, waited 2 minutes, didn’t help.
I get a lot of “I can help you with that” have not gotten any help yet!!!

AT&T DLP72412, this is a new phone, three months old, the Verizon device is the new one that took the place of the 3g model. It would ring fine before change.
