No one at Verizon knows what is going on with the Nest promo. TERRIBLE customer service. I wasted a good part of my day today on this. I ordered the Nest Thermostat and realized I cannot use it in my home. Guess I am lucky it was received as I see several posts that reference never getting their promised bonus - tell me about it - my mother never got her promised Visa Card.
Anyway, I would like to return the unopened product and request something else.
IS THIS POSSIBLE? HOW IS IT TRANSACTED? Was just on the phone for over 20 minutes with a clueless rep and she dropped my call and DID NOT call back after asking for a contact number at the beginning of the call.
Verizon, you need to do BETTER!
