got my home monitoring equipment today and can't get the Gateway to connect any suggestions?
1. Keep trying.
2. It took me 10 to 20 tries to get some of the devices to work.
3. I found three sets of instructions for some devices that contradicted each other.
4. Try doing installation steps in a different order.
5. Sometimes the portal reports unsuccessful add device when it actually did add it.
6. Reload the portal pageor log out and back in after attempting to add a device.
